"This casa particular is nested in the picturesque town of Trinidad. It is beautiful, tastefully decorated and the original frescoes well restored make it a charming place, where to spend a couple of days relaxing, reading, enjoying the scent of the jasmin in the court. We stayed in the Galeria room, where a marvellous ancient bed allows guests to take a good night of rest. The casa particular is also an art gallery, filled with intriguing paintings and prints. Books in a variety of languages are available for guests and breakfast is very tasty and abundant [...]"
"Julia and I arrived Wednesday afternoon from Havana by driver.
We were met by the manager of the casa who spoke very good English and was very helpful with our questions!
The casa is a small jewel hidden dawn a side street in Trinidad. It is very well appointed and very clean. We were shown our room, double bed with shower and toilet. All spotless. The casa offers breakfast which though simple is delicious. Fruit, bread and eggs and good coffee. The casa provided a secure place from which to explore Trinidad. I would heartily recommend Casa Barmarin as a place to stay.”
"We spent three nights at Casa Barmarin. When we first arrived we were surprised at the size of the room (and the bed which was also huge!). We had a warm friendly welcome from the owners who gave us some information on where the main square was (1 minute walk) and where to buy WIFI cards. Although we arrived about 2 hours before the allocated check in time, they allowed us to leave our bags and use the bathroom in the room etc before heading out for the afternoon.
Breakfast was lovely - selection of fruit, yogurt, home made mango jam, eggs, bread & tea or coffee. They also offer a laundry service which we took advantage of as we were half way through our 2 week holiday [...]"
"We have spent 2 nights at Casa Barmarin. I loved their minimalistic way of decorating the rooms and the and the cleanness of the entire place. Victor's wife is a such a cute lady! She prepared an entirely homemade breakfast with very delicious food. Big thanks to you both! "
